The traditional fluid, hypnotic massage experience. Best suited to the client who feels mentally and physically overwhelmed by the demands of the “daily grind”. Meant to engage the bodies natural relaxation response by encouraging the healing part of your nervous system to engage. Reduced muscle tension and improved circulation. Your mini vacation.

Ideal for people with chronic muscle pain/stress, overly tight muscles, and stiffness from repetitive work. This massage is specific to massaging underlying layers of muscle and fascia. As with all massage therapy, pressure is always adjusted to the clients personal point of therapeutic pain tolerance. The therapeutic effect is from the focused approach of the treatment, not how much pain you can endure.

An eclectic massage to help reduce the physical and emotional discomforts of pregnancy. Performed side lying and/or supine (face up), tailored to your specific needs & comfort level.

Being a human with the nature of enjoying life's journey, I discovered my passion for massage therapy somewhat accidentally. As an artist, athlete, and intellectual, I graduated high school a year early and immediately enveloped myself with the studies of medical science as well that of yoga and other spiritual philosophies. In the undergraduate path, I was on track for becoming an RN with an interest in focusing on the psychiatric aspect of the field. As I learned and experienced the western medical field, I was appalled by its focus of masking symptoms-even in basic physiology we are taught about the intricacies of the self sustaining nature of the biological machine we inhabit (the human body); consequently, my question became “If our design is so perfect, why are we masking symptoms and replacing parts-instead of aiding the body in healing itself?”. Needless to say, Western Medicine did not have the answer I was looking for.

From that point, I turned towards Eastern Medicine. I was interested in becoming a doctor of Oriental Medicine-the allure of herbal tinctures and holistic philosophy had its hold on me. I started this journey with the massage therapy track, and somehow I had found my calling. Somehow massage had put together all my knowledge in one complete package, and its effect on my classmates as well as clinic clients was unbelievably tangible. I’ve been practicing, learning, and growing my technique ever since.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Licensed Cosmetologist, I am in a unique position to treat the whole person and help you feel your best self. Massage kick starts the process, yoga practice extends the bliss, and maintaining your soul's outer appearance brings a full rounded experience. I would be honored to aid towards your wellness goals in any way that I can.
