Perfect for an afterschool snack or even as a healthy dessert option, this recipe is high in protein and doesn’t use any refined sugars.  Serve with Granny Smith apple slices or eat straight up with a spoon!

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup of natural peanut butter (make sure the only ingredients are peanuts and salt!)
1 tablespoon of raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.  Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
